3.1.3 Review and check all drawings prior to submittal and/or release to manufacturing for accuracy and compliance with the sales order and job specifications.
3.1.4 Resolve field and/or manufacturing problems when necessary.
3.1.5 Establish engineering standards.
3.2 Secondary Duties
3.2.1 Schedule and manage assigned projects for timely completion.
3.2.2 Assist the Design Drafter with any issues encountered in the preparation of assembly and detail drawings.
3.2.3 Interact with other department members to solve problems and to ensure company goals and deadlines are achieved.
3.2.4 Provide one-on-one training for the Design Drafters as needed.
3.2.5 Join related professional organizations and become an active member.
3.2.6 Continue career development for future advancement to Engineering Manager.
