Assess and document all manufacturing equipment in the Fort Worth operations. This assessment will be used to develop a maintenance, parts and replacement plan so that plant runs continuously, without interruption and produces consistent products. Meet with all raw material vendors to gain a deep understanding of the raw materials used in Dollarmur's products and how such raw materials are manufactured. Develop relationships with engineering contacts with each of Dollamur's raw materials vendors so that any quality issues can be resolved directly. Must be able to work with raw materials vendors to engineer new products and to cost engineer any existing products. Be able to source raw materials from other vendors, if other sources are needed for competitive capability or quality reasons. Work with management team at Dollamur to design, build, ship and set-up a manufacturing plant in China to manufacture Dollamur products for the Asian markets. Develop and present to management a written quality control plan that addresses Dollamur's need to make sure that all products meet specifications prior to shipment. This position will be responsible for the implementation, execution and ongoing management of this quality control plan. Some of Dollamur's products are subject to ASTM product standards and testing must be completed to ensure products meet such requirements with consistency.
