Engineering Manager (New Product Development)

Our client has a rich + 60-year history as a leading tier I manufacturing supplier to its manufacturing customers around the world. They promote a healthy work-life balance, they have a flat organizational structure which allows for better communication, collaboration and easier decision making. They have a small company feel, even though they are a leader in their industry.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with:

• BSME degree
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience designing and/or managing the development of electro-mechanical products.
• You will lead a team of 5 – 7 Electrical Design Engineers, so at least 5 years of supervisory experience is also needed.
• We need someone who has strong program / project management skills and is proficient in schematic capture, PCB layout software and skilled with SolidWorks.

Starting base salary will be in the mid $100’s. Remote work is not an option, but the company will provide relocation assistance. They are not willing to sponsor a US work visa at this time.
