Albany Engineered Composites in Boerne, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about mechanical and electrical engineering, design for manufacturability, and industrial engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SolidWorks, aerospace manufacturing, validation, fabricating, AutoCAD, designing, optimization, lean manufacturing, engineering modeling, assembly, specifications, installation, and root cause analysis. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Albany Engineered Composites, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. You will work on designing and implementing manufacturing systems, analyzing production processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (Albany is a Defense Contractor)

Salary Range: $80,510 - $110,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production
3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
4. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
5. Support new product introduction and validation
