Position Overview

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to help us support our North American customer base and build out our technical service capabilities. You will act as a key technical resource for both internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth integration, performance, and troubleshooting of our Ethernet networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a Network Testing Center for internal testing and customer training purposes.
• Deliver technical training and presentations to sales teams, partners, and clients.
• Lead network planning, installation, and configuration using CLI and GUI tools.
• Create technical documentation including Support Notes and Case Studies based on field feedback.
• Assist the sales team with technical discussions and solution design for customer needs.
• Provide post-sale support, including troubleshooting, customer service, and issue resolution.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in Network Support, preferably within:
  • Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
  • System Integrators
  • Factory or industrial automation environments
• CCNA Certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with CISCO, Juniper, or Hirschmann switches and routers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
