Are you a seasoned hydronics professional ready to take the lead on large-scale, high-profile HVAC projects across Florida? We’re looking for a Hydronics Systems Manager to bring technical expertise, leadership, and vision to our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Impact – Manage and mentor engineers, foremen, warehouse staff, and installation crews.
• Drive Excellence – Oversee design, coordination, prefabrication, and commissioning for cutting-edge hydronic systems.
• Own the Process – From BIM/VDC collaboration to just-in-time material logistics and jobsite implementation, you’ll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
• Keep Projects on Track – Balance budgets, schedules, and performance, ensuring hydronics deliverables align with major project milestones.
• Champion Safety & Quality – Set the tone for excellence on every site and every system.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hydronic systems experience (design through commissioning).
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams on large HVAC projects.
• Strong background in prefabrication, logistics, and system installation.
• Hands-on problem solver with the ability to make real-time field decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel statewide.
