About Searching Jobs on iHire

The elements of your job search:

• Title - Run a search based on predefined job titles/categories. On the “Search” page click on the arrow beside “Select all that apply” to display a drop-down list of titles and check the box beside each desired title.
• Keyword - Run a search with targeted search terms by entering them in the
  “Keywords” field.
• Location - Run a title or keyword search for a specific zip code, city or state.
• Distance - Limit or expand search results based on distance from a specified location. Choose “Any” for nationwide results.
• Refine Results - Filter job results based on posted date, experience level, company, skills, etc.
• Sort By - Choose the order of job search results.

Some jobs in your search results may appear differently from others. We offer a number of products that allow our registered employers to further promote their jobs within our search results.
