Landscape Project Manager

Position Type: Full time or part time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Manager to help maintain, design and install landscaping projects.    

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain current flower bed customers through light pruning and weeding througout the year
• Discuss with and upsell current customers on their landscaping needs.  
• Manage company inventory (weed spray, tools, fertilizer, etc.)
• Will need to mostly work independently at times 
• May need to train other individuals from time to time. 
• Help demo, desighn and install new flower beds
• Work with suppliers to fullfill customer needs 
• Help GROW this segment of the business.    Fresh ideas on equipment, plants, advertising, are strongly welcomed.  

Qualifications:

• Have a valid drivers license.
• Have a working phone in order to follow the route. 
• Plant knowledge.  What can grow where and best
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Be innovative and think outside the box at times.   Have a creative mind.
