Fur den Bereich "EW Products" suchen wir zum nachstmoglichen Zeitpunkt eine n "Projektleiter in Praetorian (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.

Der Programmbereich "PRAETORIAN" ist zustandig fur die Produktion, die Entwicklung- und Weiterentwicklung sowie Leistungsuberprufungen / Leistungsbewertungen des Selbstschutzsystems (DASS - Defensive Aids Sub System) des Typhoon / Eurofighter eines der groten europaischen / internationalen Gro Programme der europaischen Luftfahrt.

Der/ Die "Projektleiter*in Praetorian" ist im Programmbereich Praetorian zusammen mit den unterstutzenden Fachbereichen verantwortlich, die Interessen der HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH national und international vertreten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technical management of the project team and implementation of systematic project planning and execution
• Participation in ensuring the successful strategic positioning of the program area within the consortium.
• Independent and autonomous handling of national and international projects in terms of time, costs and quality
• Ensuring customer satisfaction within the scope of project responsibility
• Preparation of offers in cooperation with internal stakeholders including sales (bid management)
• Participation in national and international negotiations with customers and strategic suppliers to position HENSOLDT within the Eurofighter DASS consortium
• Ensuring active risk, resource and opportunity management
• Conducting presentations for management and customers

For this position the willingness to travel internationally is mandatory

Ihr Profil

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Many years of experience and very good knowledge of project and bid management (PMI certification)
• Sound experience in the technical management of teams in complex business areas and systems
• Knowledge of electronic warfare (EW) advantageous
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, persuasion and conflict resolution skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Business fluent in German and English
