Role Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Package Labeling Artwork Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the update and approval of package labeling artwork (cartons, labels, inserts, shipping case labels, etc.) according to the standard artwork change control process, taking into consideration timelines requested by manufacturing site and regulatory.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow all established global procedures, policies, and practices.
  • Enforce timelines regarding market requirements for package labeling artwork updates.
  • Assist Site Plant Coordinators in implementation strategy timing based on artwork (AW) creation/updates and execution of agreed-upon implementation.
  • Collaborate with Zoetis Regulatory Affairs colleagues to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
  • Interact directly with Graphic Artists (GA) and Package Engineers to implement the design, text and structure requirements established for the product.
  • Review Engineering package specifications and bills of materials to ensure alignment with package labeling artwork.
  • Evaluate both visually and electronically to proofread package labeling artwork for graphical comparison to include accuracy, consistency, and compliance, working with Site, Regulatory, Package Engineer Artwork Center (AWC) and other supporting departments.
  • Coordinate multiple package labeling artwork projects (50+) concurrently, monitoring progress and holding task owners accountable for timelines.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, colleagues, vendors, etc.).
  • Schedule/lead meetings.
  • Meet established individual timelines.

  • Commercial Operations
  • In-Country Regulatory Managers (ICRAM)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Science, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in package labeling artwork development, package labeling artwork project coordination and package labeling graphical comparison (proofreading).
