MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (Process Development) 
Parsons, KS

(Please note that we are NOT looking for a PRODUCT Design Engineer…we are, however looking for a PROCESS Development / Design / Improvement Engineer).

Our client is a US based (no tariff issues), + 100 year old medium sized manufacturing company. They have very low employee turnover because they have a flat organization structure for easier up and down communications and a great work culture.

As part of the Process Development Team, you’ll be involved in their mfg process automation and robotics initiatives, create specifications for new mfg equipment, generate estimates for the capital investment plan, conduct stack up analysis, DFMEA, Cpk and Gage R&R.

A BS – Engineering plus at least 3 years engineering experience in an automated manufacturing plant environment, Solidworks, GD&T, DFMEA’s, tolerance stack ups required.

Base salary = $75 – 95k DOE, plus bonus. Relo assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa now or in the future.
