Recommended candidates will be presented to you for further evaluation. You will have access to their iHire-hosted profile, resume, and work portfolio, and can communicate with them directly through our messaging system, but ultimately, the decision to hire is yours.
Freelancers operate as independent businesses responsible for their own taxes and compliance.
