Construction Project Manager

Are you a detail-oriented construction professional with a passion for leading projects from start to finish? We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a background in project estimating and execution, and values top-tier communication and craftsmanship.

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects through all phases: planning, design, execution, and closeout.
  
  
• Oversee accurate cost estimating, budgeting, and schedule management.
  
  
• Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including OSHA and environmental guidelines.
  
  
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, enforcing safety protocols and high-quality workmanship.
  
  
• Foster collaboration with internal teams and tenants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
  
• Track project budgets, forecast financial performance, and report to senior leadership.
  
  
• Manage project documentation including submittals, change orders, and punch lists.
  
  
• Uphold the highest standards of client service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Ensure all subcontractors are under appropriate agreements.
  
  
• Review and approve invoices in partnership with your project team.
  
  
• Monitor and log all project expenses, change orders, and delays using budget tracking tools.
  
  
• Maintain clear, organized financial records and project documentation.
