Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Detailer to join a growing team on the south shore. This direct hire position involves managing project schedules, interpreting contract documents, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring successful execution of metal fabrication projects.

If you are proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, have experience with field measure and survey work as well as the ability to understand and interpret contract drawings as well as specifications we may have the just the right career opportunity for you!

responsibilities:

• Review and interpret contract drawings and specifications
  
  
• Produce and interpret erection and fabrication drawings for miscellaneous/architectural metalwork

• Visit construction sites and perform field measurements/surveys
  
  
• Utilize AutoCAD and Bluebeam for detailing work
  
  
• Develop project-specific schedules as needed
