As a Contract Staff Electrical Engineer, you'll play a leading role in building the electronic brain behind our robotic systems. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to drive complex hardware development efforts-from architecture to implementation-alongside a passionate team of embedded, mechanical, and systems engineers. If you thrive in regulated environments and love solving hard problems, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Lead the electrical design for highly integrated robotic platforms, from system architecture to PCBA layout and validation.
Own component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout using Altium.
Collaborate closely with Embedded Engineers to deliver robust processing and sensing solutions.
Partner with the Mechanical team to guide board form factor and hardware integration.
Design and implement board-level test equipment and support design-for-test strategies.
Conduct failure analysis, reliability assessments, and continuous design improvements.
Drive technical documentation, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance (IEC 60601).
Influence the strategic direction of our electrical systems and contribute to long-term platform architecture.
Act as a mentor and technical leader, providing guidance to junior engineers and leading project teams to success.
