How you'll make an impact

• Creates and maintains contact with regional team members.
• Creates and maintains sales knowledge of monthly tracking of project revenue.
• Maintains project expectations.
• Maintains and encourages Practice procedures to be followed among team members.
• Coordinates alignment with MM Communication Practice catalog.
• Supports the creative needs of graphic designers on the team.
• Assists with seminar, webinar, and onsite branch meeting preparations.
• Completes all tasks within expected deadlines.
• Communicates expectations to all involved parties to avoid confusion and ensure timely expectations are met.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
• Monitor and support current communication processes for failures and any irregularities.
• Work closely with other project managers and creatives on customer and/or team-specific projects.
• Prepares presentations by collecting and reviewing content that clearly supports the messaging as needed.
• Maintains industry knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing related publications; establishing networks.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement as needed for RFP responses.
• Provide technical guidance to other team members as needed

About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills
• Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing
• Experience in Proofreading
• Willingness to travel

Desired:

• Three to five years of experience in data communications
• Experience using position-relevant software.
• Experience sending data to networks.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale data communications environments.
