Senior Site Design Engineer

We’re partnering with a growing civil engineering firm to find a skilled Senior Site Design Engineer with 15+ years of experience in land development. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere, with occasional site visits and meetings in Central Pennsylvania .

• Develop and manage site design and permitting strategies to meet client goals.

• Lead a team in producing high-quality engineering plans for diverse land development projects.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships .

• Mentor junior staff , providing guidance and fostering growth.

• 15+ years of site design and permitting experience in land development .

• Expertise in industrial, commercial, retail, and residential projects .

• Strong project management and communication skills .

• Proven experience with client presentations and public testimony .

• Located in or near Central Pennsylvania for occasional site visits.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D , or similar software.
