Our client, a leader in energy efficiency initiatives, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Multifamily Performance Program supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager | 1 year Contract (Potential to extend)

Location: 100% Remote, but need to be based in NYS

Pay Range : $40-$55/HR

What's the Job?

  • Support the Project Managers with daily operation of multifamily programs.
  • Assist with Pipeline Management of multifamily building projects including field program inquiry calls and processing project applications.
  • Organize and conduct telephone scoping sessions where project requirements and roles are covered.
  • Review project submittals and create/manage contracts and suppliers in NEIS.
  • Manage general program email inbox and continuously improve processes for existing program(s).

What's Needed?

  • 3-6 years of experience in project management for energy efficiency projects involving multiple building systems.
  • Knowledge of energy consuming systems commonly found in multifamily buildings.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
  • A Bachelors degree in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, marketing, or a related field.
