We're searching for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer who's not just experienced—but passionate about building the future of Florida's infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the design and delivery of major FDOT bridge projects

• Mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical teams

• Interfacing with DOT officials and stakeholders

• Applying your in-depth knowledge of FDOT manuals, processes, and standards

What You Need to Succeed:

• Florida PE license (Required)

• 10–15 years of structural bridge engineering experience

• Minimum 10 years using FDOT guidance and standards

• Strong proficiency in bridge design, specs, and analysis

• Leadership skills and the ability to guide project teams and collaborate across departments
