Our client, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a CAD Engineer to join their team. As a CAD Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct Comprehensive Training: Deliver in-depth training sessions on CREO, ensuring that team members understand and can utilize the software effectively.
- Develop and Update Training Materials: Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, to support the training programs.
- Evaluate and Address Training Needs: Assess the training needs of different departments and customize the training programs to meet those needs.
- Support Release Work: Assist in supporting release work and completing tasks in CAD and other Volvo tools to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer guidance to team members post-training to ensure they can effectively use CREO in their daily tasks.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with CREO and CATIA, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.
- Proficiency in CREO and CATIA, with a deep understanding of Volvo's internal process tools and systems.
- Knowledge of CAB-related components and extensive knowledge with the use of surfacing tools, both within CREO and CATIA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
