Job Description


Job Duties Frequent Travel (50%+ Nationwide) to Provide Field Support, Including: Conducting material inventories. Assisting with project kick-offs and inspecting installation progress. Completing project closeout walks and post-installation inspections. Providing training and commissioning of system controls for customers. Auditing project scopes, measuring site conditions, documenting findings through photography and reports. Managing Service-Based Projects, Including: Overseeing project operations through coordination, stakeholder communication, and technical oversight during implementation. Managing the full project lifecycle, including collecting labor bids, negotiating, hiring, and overseeing subcontractors. Creating and maintaining technical documentation across all project stages. Addressing escalated and complex warranty claims. Conducting vendor negotiations and managing relationships. Coordinating warranty installations as needed. Preparing quotes for materials and labor to support warranty-related work. Managing service-only and labor-only sales. Managing Material Sales, Including: Processing material-only orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating delivery logistics. Applying project management practices to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Assisting with energy incentive programs when needed. Receiving and inventorying shipments and supporting general warehouse organization. Assisting with the training of project team members and maintaining training resources. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Strong team player with an ownership mentality. Demonstrated success in exceeding customer expectations. Commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes. Positive attitude and sense of humor. Interest in working in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently, and manage a flexible schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software and willingness to master additional tools as needed.
