- You will work closely with craftsmen, foremen, and the owner, planning out mechanical projects from start to finish.
- This role requires a thorough understanding of all the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process.
- You will utilize LEAN principles and have a keen understanding of owner requirements and how to deliver them.
- Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the financials to ensure the project stays on track and will continually develop and nurture customer relationships beyond a single project.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 7-10+ years experience in related field
- Experience working at a MEP firm managing multiple MEP projects
- Experience with Design/Build and IPD projects is considered a plus
- Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is considered a plus
