Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid opportunity in Dover, DE . The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing an ERP modernization project. This high-level position requires a strong background in finance and administration, specifically within Core General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), Customer Contracts (CA), Cash Management (CM), Asset Management (AM), Grants Management (GM), Supplier Portal, P-Card, Purchasing (PO), Budgeting, and Project Costing (PC) functionalities.

What Youll Do

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, tasks, resources, and budget

  • Align ERP system with business objectives

  • Monitor progress and report to the stakeholders

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

  • Provide direction and support to the project team

  • Assess and mitigate risks

  • Conduct post-mortems and create recommendations reports

  • Stay updated on ERP technologies and industry practices

  • Apply Financial / Accounting administration expertise

  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met

  • Analyze pension data management within the ERP

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on the new ERP system, focusing on specified functionalities

What Youll Need

Required

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in ERP implementation

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

  • Expertise in Accounting / Financial Management systems

  • Knowledgeable in finance and administration related to the specified functionalities

  • Strong implementation, project management, and change management skills

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Preferred

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
