We're looking for a Bridge Project Engineer to join our Charlotte team and take on impactful, high-visibility infrastructure projects. This isn't just another role—it's a long-term career move with a firm that values expertise, supports its people, and shares its success.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver innovative and efficient bridge and transportation structure designs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout all project phases
Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and prepare detailed engineering documentation
Lead project coordination with clients, consultants, and local/state agencies
Contribute to QA/QC processes and mentorship within the team
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) from an ABET-accredited program
7 to 10 years of bridge engineering experience
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, AASHTOware, AutoCAD, and MathCAD is a plus
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects
