Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Land Development Engineer to join our innovative team. This role combines design, engineering, and project management in a dynamic environment, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with a developer rather than a traditional civil consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Perform Civil 3D design for land development projects.
• Design storm water management systems.
• Conduct grading and drainage design.
• Model utilities and manage projects.
• Engage with the community and conduct due diligence.
• Perform feasibility analysis for project development.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Expertise in land development and site development.
• Strong background in civil engineering and civil design.
• Experience in stormwater and drainage design.
• Project management capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (2 or 4-year).
• Experience in site design and civil engineering design.
• EIT or Professional Engineer designation is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
