Project Manager/Estimator
- 10+ years in the industry
- Project experience in the heavy civil industry including: earthwork, mass excavating, underground utilties, etc.
- Proficiency with HCSS or Agtek or Bid2Win highly preferred
- Construction Management degree preferred
- Able to live in or around the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area
