Job Function: -Generates preliminary assessments, technical solutions, fee proposals, presentations, studies, and general support -Primary contact for project engineering staff, stakeholders, general contractors, and architects. -Assumes financial responsibility for project including accurate, timely and relevant reporting to stakeholders.
