Job Description The candidate will be responsible for new product design and legacy product support within the sensors group. The role involves working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete circuit design, testing, and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Typically, candidates will work on 2-3 projects simultaneously and need to have excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products and support legacy products within the sensors group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete circuit design, testing, and documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Perform digital and power design for embedded products.
- Conduct circuit design, PCB design, and layout using tools such as Altium.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of circuit design experience.
- Experience in digital and power design for embedded products.
- Proficiency in electrical design and PCB design.
- Experience with Altium software.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of DFMEA or some form of failure analysis.
- Skills in hardware testing, analog and digital design, schematic capture, and electronic engineering.
