Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, a passion for learning, and a desire to contribute to high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and documentation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Perform calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and other MEP disciplines to develop coordinated design solutions.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design intent.
• Support project managers in coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• 02 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op experience in MEP design is a plus).
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC), ASHRAE, and other relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or other BIM software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.
