Procurement/Buyer Project Manager **Cannot support C2C**

Job Description

The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the purchasing of materials and equipment for traveling Project Management Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement and purchasing processes using the Coupa Procurement tool.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project data and reports.
  • Coordinate with Project Management Teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage change orders and project coordination tasks.
  • Support remote team operations in collaboration with the REI Project Management team.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination.
  • Experience with procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Products.
  • Familiarity with the Coupa Procurement tool.
  • Experience with Smartsheets.
  • Understanding of Agile Project Management principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management or administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office setting.
  • 6+ years of advanced experience in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Products.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • 4-6 years of experience with Coupa Procurement.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Smartsheets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
