Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead medium to large projects with multiple clients, managing and leading teams of multi-disciplined professionals and coordinating the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the project delivery.
Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of hydrogen production projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.
Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing.
Coordinating activities across plant design, planning consenting, grid consenting, permitting, procurement, business case shaping.
Bringing together the overall view and progress of the project and reporting progress to the leadership team.
Working with discipline Engineers and Construction Managers to identify and resolve problems or issues related to design, schedule, materials, change management safety and quality.
Participation in integrated planning sessions.
Managing risk which may include fixed price, new technology, markets or new clients.
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval.
Minimum of 3-5 years' related work experience managing technical hydrogen projects.
Planning, risk and management skills.
Must be able to assess the potential financial impact of a project to the Company.
Must possess the ability to review complex problems and propose solutions.
Must be able to build solid business cases/project justifications.
Supervision Level: Minimal. Work is highly independent.
Preferred
Technical knowledge of hydrogen systems.
Strong regulatory and permitting processes.
Stakeholder and risk management experience.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
