- Build and repair test fixtures for IoT-connected smart utility metering devices.
- Guide maintenance activities and provide support to the maintenance team.
- Construct and assemble fixtures as required.
- Participate in new feature testing and run regression tests for the NFT teams.
- Load and configure operating systems on Linux-based devices (Raspberry Pi, Le Potato).
- Build and configure PCs with Windows operating systems.
- Review tickets and repair test fixtures.
- Assist during peak construction times by assembling DUTs (Devices Under Test).
- Utilize electrical tools such as multi-meters and oscilloscopes for debugging and testing.
- Proficient in assembly and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret and work with schematics.
- Strong Linux skills, particularly with Raspberry Pi and Le Potato.
- Experience in building and configuring Windows PCs.
- Familiarity with electrical debugging tools such as multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Electrical experience or electrical debugging experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with lab tools and basic soldering skills (not mandatory).
- Willingness to assist with assembly during peak construction times.
- Experience as an electrical technician.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
The role is based onsite, where you will work with state-of-the-art IoT-connected devices in a Research and Development environment. You will enjoy two weeks of paid time off and holidays. This is a long-term position with a two-year statement of work.
