Salary: $107,000 plus benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday - Morning Shift (must be on-site)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Facilities Senior Project Manager to oversee a government contract at a premier government facility. As the Facilities Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our client's operations, while maintaining compliance with government regulations and achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure the successful execution of all project phases

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns

Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders, team members, and management

Lead and motivate project team members to ensure collaboration and alignment toward project goals

Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and proactive manner

Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements

Ensure compliance with project management best practices, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements

Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project managers and team members to support their professional development and growth.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or similar field is required.

10 years of proven project management professional expertise and experience in management-level positions of responsibility and complexity of similar scope.

Current International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Certified Facility; Management (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is a plus.

Knowledge in ISO certification is preferred

OSHA 30 certification is preferred
