Project Manager Systems Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager Systems Integration to lead and oversee the delivery of automation and control systems projects across various industries. From initial concept to final commissioning, this role is critical in ensuring technical excellence, on-time execution, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project leadership, automation expertise, and systems integration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of automation and controls projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Coordinate the design, development, and commissioning of PLC/HMI/SCADA-based control systems across manufacturing, energy, and industrial applications.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Ensure all technical work aligns with regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risk, and resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., progress reports, budgets, change orders).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional project teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate completed projects for continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related technical discipline).
• Minimum of 10 years experience managing projects.
• Automation and controls or systems integration projects experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
• Skilled in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in automation platforms including PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley, Studio 5000, RS Logix, and similar technologies.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and some international travel to customer sites as needed 30% to 50%.
• U.S. Citizenship, Green Card, or Permanent Residency required.

This position requires ten plus years experience as a Project Manager. BS Engineering, US citizenship, green card, perm resident is required. A generous salary $100,000 - $150,000 plus PTO, 401k, and medical benefits will be provided.
