Junior Project Manager

Vaco is supporting a high growth client with a large transformation initiative in Grove City OH. To assist with the coordination of the internal stakeholders, project tasks, timelines and communication, we are in search of a Junior Project Manager to assist.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule cross-functional meetings across Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and other workstreams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics and follow-up
• Attend meetings and document key decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines
• Track deliverables and ensure timelines and dependencies are visible and communicated
• Organize and maintain project documentation in collaboration tools like SharePoint or MS Project
• Partner with SMEs to ensure project tasks are moving forward by following up with responsible parties
• Help identify risks, bottlenecks, or miscommunications early and escalate appropriately
• Support project reporting and status updates to internal teams and consulting leadership
• Contribute to creating structure in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment

Qualifications:

• 13 years of project coordination or junior project management experience in a regulated or scientific/technical environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable navigating fast-changing priorities and ambiguous requirements
• Experience with project tools such as Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
