Lead Control Systems Engineer

Our client is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer with automation experience to join their team. As a Critical Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and building automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Experience in data center environments is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: Pay is dependent on experience level

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and optimize EPMS and BAS systems to ensure peak performance and uptime.
• Interface with BACnet/Modbus communication protocols for system integration and diagnostics.

• 3+ years of experience in critical facilities or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Experience with EPMS platforms and interpreting electrical data.
• Proficiency in BACnet and Modbus communication protocols.
