Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-cycle project management across the Detroit and Milwaukee markets, ensuring data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and timely milestone tracking.

  • Maintain and optimize trackers, dashboards, and databases for site development, RF, and field operations while supporting PO and financial forecast integrity.

  • Prepare and deliver operational reviews, newsletters, and market updates; facilitate daily cross-functional team and vendor meetings to drive execution.

  • Support administrative tasks including facilities management, event coordination, scheduling, safety compliance, and MCSA administration.

  • Partner with internal teams (RF, Site Dev, Construction, Transport) to ensure alignment, escalate non-standard issues, and support NexsysOne data resolution.

  • Drive process standardization and improvement efforts, lead onboarding and training initiatives, and develop tools to track key activities and shorten timelines.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecom, wireless, or infrastructure-related industries
  • Experience working with RF engineers, field ops teams, and construction/project vendors is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically separated markets
  • Good communication and collaboration skills—able to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Google Tools
  • Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, deployment projects, and/or wireless networks is a plus
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
