**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania and/or Ohio
- Expertise highly desired in areas such as:
- Site design, including utilities, permitting, and stormwater management for both residential and commercial projects
- Water and wastewater system hydraulics, including modeling, design, and project management
- Municipal infrastructure projects such as roadways, parks, and recreation facilities
- Proven experience in project management and client engagement
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, a strong commitment to quality, effective communication capabilities, and displaying a positive work ethic
