Responsibilities

Manage teams and activities on various projects, including complex, high-profile ones.

Take ownership of client satisfaction , financial performance, and quality control /assurance.

Engage in marketing, business development, recruiting, and staff development.

Participate in proposals, project initiation, and execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction .

Lead project teams, manage communication , and oversee deliverables.

Ensure projects meet quality standards, financial goals, and contractual obligations.

Mentor staff and contribute to company growth strategies.

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field (Required)

10+ years of civil engineering and/or site development experience (Required)

Illinois PE license (Required)

Additional credentials (e.g., CFM, CPESC, ENV SP, LEED AP) preferred

Active participation in professional associations preferred

Strong engineering and leadership judgment
