A Project Coordinator is needed for an American multinational home appliances corporation in the McAllen, TX area. This Project Coordinator with strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills supports technical and process improvement projects through schedule tracking, billing, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination.

responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of milestones alongside Project Managers.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and external partners to track timelines and project costs.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Manage customer billing and associated AIA documentation.
- Maintain and organize key project records, including invoices, meeting notes, and change order logs.
- Generate weekly/monthly status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with project invoicing under the direction of Project Managers.
- Act as liaison between internal teams such as Projects, Sales, and Service.
- Schedule and facilitate project turnover meetings.
- Maintain alignment and feedback across cross-functional teams.
- Create new vendor and subcontractor accounts in the purchase order system.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- MS Project experience a plus.
- strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and collaborative in fast-paced environments.
- High school diploma (minimum).
- 2+ years experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in HVAC or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Agile or Stage-Gate methodologies.
