Our client, a leader in the construction and engineering industry, is seeking a FAA Sr Project Manager to join their team. As a FAA Sr Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various national programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: FAA Sr Project Manager
Location: Oakland, CA
Pay Range: $150,000 - $170,000
What's the Job?
- Oversee all aspects of multiyear/multisite national programs ensuring project schedules, design, execution, testing, closeout, and turnover to service are delivered with consistent quality.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with customers.
- Manage and influence the activities of various team members to ensure contractual deliverables are met within required timeframes.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and track in detail the implementation of projects including their finances.
- Document professional effective communication both internally and externally.
What's Needed?
- 5 years of experience in Architecture-Engineering and Design/Build programs.
- 5 years of construction industry experience on large programs/projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in Fire Alarm/BMS/Security systems.
- Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Ability to complete and pass an FAA Background check to obtain a PIV badge.
