Get hired as an NCDOT engineer-in-training and choose 6 3-month rotations exploring construction engineering, R D, materials, marine engineering, rail, aviation, highway, geotechnical engineering, environmental planning, bike/pedestrian pathway engineering, drones, integrated mobility, photogrammetry, hydrology, planning, and more! All while working on award-winning NCDOT teams.

What You Bring
An interest in smart transportation engineering in areas such as environmental planning, design, construction, big data analytics, drones, R D, and/or maintenance.
Analytical thinking and academic success.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership potential.
An unofficial copy of your most recent college transcripts.
Notes
We may require registration as a professional engineer by the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
