Senior Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Broomfield, CO . The Sr. Project Manager oversees multi-site programs ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance. Strong experience in construction project management and NFPA standards is required. Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Senior Project Manager job responsibilities include: Leading and managing multi-site, multi-year projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. Ensuring all project activities align with contractual and quality standards. Coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution. Tracking project progress, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements. Preparing detailed reports and maintaining effective internal and external communication. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture-Engineering and Design/Build programs. At least 3 years of experience with Fire Alarm/BMS/Security systems. Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and Fire Alarm Systems. PMI certification is preferred.
