The Role: They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of shipbuilding projects. This is a pivotal role that ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget-while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for new builds, retrofits, and repairs. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and quality teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field . 5 years of project management experience in shipbuilding or ship repair.
