Project Manager / Estimator – PEMB Manufacturing & Sales

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing and sales of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). The ideal candidate will be proficient in MBS (Metal Building Software) and capable of managing projects from estimating through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and bids for PEMB projects using MBS software.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout the manufacturing and construction process.

• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, fabricators, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

• Oversee project progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PEMB manufacturing and sales.

• Proficient in MBS software for estimating and design.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
