Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to support ongoing operations upgrades and facility improvements. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate improvement teams, source vendors, and manage various projects. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work closely with the plant manager.

Responsibilities

+ Support operations upgrades and facility improvements.

+ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

+ Coordinate with the VP and plant manager.

+ Source cleaning staff and manage vendor relationships.

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Organize employee improvement and continuous improvement teams.

+ Address morale issues and implement solutions.

+ Print signage for the plants.

+ Obtain quotes for painters and contractors for break rooms.

+ Organize and manage all administrative tasks related to the upgrades.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in project management.

+ Strong organizational and administrative skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

+ Excellent communication and coordination skills.

+ Experience in sourcing vendors and managing vendor relationships.

+ Ability to work onsite with the plant manager.

Work Environment

The work environment involves collaborating closely with the plant manager and VP, and requires onsite presence to coordinate various projects and vendor relationships. It may also involve managing day-to-day administrative tasks and organizing continuous improvement teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
