**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Project Manager** to translate technical information into plain language, guide virtual meeting participation, and manage follow-up communications. This position will be **part-time** **contract** and **remote.**
**What Youll Do**
+ Analyze data and stakeholder feedback and convert it to plain language
+ Provide real-time guidance to one or more individuals with IDD during virtual workgroup meetings
+ Draft, revise, and distribute accessible meeting materials
+ Facilitate post-meeting follow-ups, tracking action items and deadlines
+ Maintain accurate, confidential program records (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Coordinate with staff and external partners; travel occasionally as needed
+ Other duties may be assigned to meet program goals
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ Specialized knowledge of developmental-disability programs, rules, and regulations
+ Demonstrated ability to develop policies or procedures and assess broad impacts
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills; skill in translating complex topics
+ Experience supporting diverse stakeholders in virtual environments
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Ability to work independently, manage workflow, and exercise sound judgment
Preferred:
+ Prior experience providing direct support to individuals with IDD
+ Experience with advocacy, community inclusion, or leadership development programs
+ Familiarity with federal/state DD Act requirements.
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
