Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join their team. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be part of the operational initiatives supporting the Forward Supply Chain Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive ownership, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Arlington, TX - Onsite

What's the Job?

  • Support tracking of weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA metrics with the 3PL operator.
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to SOX control activities and provide documentation support for audit readiness.
  • Contribute to national WMS-related initiatives and operational projects that enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal operations, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Help collect and synthesize KPI data, generate reporting packages, and assist with root cause documentation.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of project management or logistics experience, preferably in supply chain environments.
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations, SLA monitoring, and vendor interaction.
  • Working knowledge of compliance processes (e.g., SOX).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and organized, with a bias for execution and detail.
