The role requires a Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator with at least 3 years of professional experience in a construction management role, focusing on managing commercial projects. This position offers limited travel, allowing you to be home almost every evening.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Estimate project costs accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project budgets.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction.

Work Environment

The role entails limited travel, ensuring you are home almost every evening. The work environment is structured to support project management functions in commercial construction, providing necessary technologies and equipment to facilitate effective project estimation and budget management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
