Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and customers to optimize designs and ensure manufacturability
Create detailed 3D SolidWorks models and drawings, including comprehensive bills of materials
Drive continuous improvement in design quality and engineering processes
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
Bachelors in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of SolidWorks custom machine design (concept-to-completion)
2+ years in automation, welding processes, and customer interface
An understanding of machine tool, material science, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts
An understanding of machine design and power transmission
Possess a solid work history
Being a US citizen or green card holder
Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
